MK Brokers is a licensed Bulgarian investment intermediary with license РГ-03-217/05.05.2020 г., issued by the Bulgarian Financial Supervision Commission. The company has its first license issued in 2006, under its previous name DISL Securities.

MK Brokers is a direct member of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and the Central Depository, which organizes the safekeeping of securities, the registration of issues, and the settlement of trades, and the Investors’ Compensation Fund. The Fund provides compensation for the clients of the investment intermediaries in case of insolvency of the latter.
