According to the decision undertaken by the Management Board of “Opportunity Bulgaria Investment” AD dated February 7 2024 and the decision of the Commission for Financial Supervision of Bulgarian with registry number 99-E/20.02.2024, a procedure for the initial public offering of an issue of convertible bonds with ISIN BG2100032239, and issuer “Opportunity Bulgaria Investment” is started.
